Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you submit a project inquiry, contact form, or another form on our website, we receive the details you choose to enter. Depending on the form, that may include:
- your name
- your email address
- your company or business name
- the subject of your enquiry, or what the inquiry is about
- the type of project you have in mind
- your budget range
- your expected timeline
- the project details or message you write
Form submissions are not stored in a database on this website. They are sent to us by email and kept in our mailbox.
Please avoid putting confidential or sensitive information into a public website form. Email is not a secure channel, so share only what we need in order to reply. If you need to send us something sensitive, tell us and we will arrange a more suitable method.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, our server also records your IP address, your browser’s user agent string, and the date and time of the submission. These are included in the notification email we receive, and your IP address is held briefly in a temporary file on the server so that repeated submissions can be rate-limited. That temporary record is short-lived and is cleared automatically.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for requests made to this website, which typically include IP addresses, requested pages, and timestamps.
Separately, the analytics and live-chat services described below collect information about your visit in your browser. That is covered in the next section.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above for these purposes:
- To reply to your enquiry or message.
- To evaluate a potential project and discuss whether we are a good fit.
- To provide the services you ask us for, and to communicate with you while we work together.
- To detect and prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
- To keep the website and our systems secure.
- To understand how the website is used, and to improve its performance and usability.
- To keep appropriate records of our business correspondence.
We do not add your details to a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters or unsolicited email.
Data Retention
How long information is kept depends on what it is and who holds it:
- Project and contact enquiries — kept in our email records while the enquiry is live, and afterwards as part of our business correspondence records.
- Client communications — kept for the duration of the working relationship, and afterwards where we need them for business, accounting or legal records.
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project — kept only while they may still be relevant, then deleted on request or during routine mailbox clean-up.
- Rate-limiting records — the IP address held to throttle repeated form submissions is kept for minutes rather than days, and is cleared automatically.
- Server logs — retained by our hosting provider under their standard log rotation.
- Analytics data — retained by Google for the period configured on our Google Analytics property.
- Live-chat transcripts — retained by tawk.to under their own practices, and kept in our chat history while the conversation may still be relevant.
You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, using the contact details below.
International Data Transfers
We are based in Pakistan, and the third-party providers described above operate internationally. This means information collected through this website may be processed on servers outside the country you are in, including in the United States, where those providers operate.
Where that happens, your information is handled under the privacy terms of the provider concerned, which are linked in the table above.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These can include the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to a particular use of it
- receive your information in a portable format
- withdraw consent you have previously given
Not every right applies to every visitor. Which of them you have depends on the law that applies where you live.

Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you, or that similarly significantly affects you. Enquiries submitted through this website are read and answered by a person.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information handled through this website. The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. Form submissions are validated and sanitised before they are sent on, we apply rate limiting and spam protection to reduce abuse, and access to our mailbox and hosting account is restricted.
No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the website changes or as our practices change. When we make a material change, we will revise this page and update the “last updated” date shown at the top. We encourage you to check back if this matters to you.
